  1. Application :
    It is a low cost biomass fired oven used for heat treatment of the enamel paints (stoving of paint) over small automobile vehicles, furniture, domestic articles etc. to obtain high lustre and long life of the paint. Firewood is used for stoving of the paint, without using electricity. Wood consumption is 3.3Kg/hr.

    Low cost enamel paints, biomass fuel, oven
  3. Process Features:
    Firewood burns in the heating unit of the oven and heat flux of the flue gas transmits to the painted articles indirectly through heat exchanger for baking the paint. The smoke or hot gas do not come in contact with the painted materials in the oven. The heat treatment takes nearly 20 minutes at 100-1300 C.
