  1. Application :
    This machine is utilised for effective cleaning of various grains during harvesting, such as paddy, wheat, cereals, pulses etc., at a higher output with low energy input. Winnowing capacity is 2000 kg/hr, in case of cleaning paddy, and it consumes 375 watt/hr energy. It operates by 1/2 hp electric motor or engine.
  2. Raw Materials:
    Steel angles and sheets, bearings, V-belt etc.
  3. Process Features:
    The device operates by two specific air jets. Upper air jet fluidises the uncleaned grains, while the lower air jet carries the light materials to a distant place leaving behind the heavy grains. A blower is used for supply of air to the nozzles to create the jets. High degree of cleaning of a variety grains at high capacity is achieved.
