Resource Planning and Business Developement helps Director in strengthening R&D management in the Laboratory. The main objectives include preparation of Annual Plan, Business Plan, interactions, safeguard laboratory's intellectual property rights, nourish scientific talents and promote international scientific collaboration.This department has the major role to satisfy the mission and vision of the Laboratory .

Other activties of RPBD include PME, Quality system Management, Intellectual property Management, Science Communication, Business Developement of IT enabled services.
