    DESCRIPTION :

    Er. D.Singh has completed his B.Tech, Mechanical Engg. in 2004 and completed his M.Tech. in Thermal Engg. from NIT,Rourkela. He has worked as investigator in various societal as well as scientific projects. He was in the team of Terafil water purification technology development project. He has actively participated in CSIR-800 program and carried out project activities related to low cost water purification system & energy efficient biomass dryers as area leader. He hascarried out research on entrained flow biomass & coal gasification system. Presently working on installation of biomass cum hybrid dryers for efficient drying of minor forest produce (MFPs) in three different states.He has also carried out experiment to determine pollution load of pet coke combustion in a fluidised bed reactor with different dosage of limestone.Besides, he is In-Charge of technology transfer for “Rural Technologies developed by IMMT”. He has executed technology transfer of rural technologies to 24 entrepreneurs and conducted know how training since taking over the charge in 2012.
