    DESCRIPTION :

    Er. R. Barikcompleted M Tech in Thermal Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT) , Rourkela after obtaining B Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from BPUT,Rourkela with distinction. Prior to his joining in CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar, he was working at Bhushan Power & Steel Ltd, Kolkata and Jindal Steel & Power Ltd , Raigarh for 03 years in Maintenance Engineering division. At present he has been working in CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar as Scientist since 2007. He is an active team member of CSIR-800 Programme for Terafil Water Filtration Technology and Multi Fuel Cook Stove& Biomass Dryer etc. He has worked as investigator in various societal as well as scientific projects. He has been undertaking research independently on various aspects of Mechanical Engg., Rural Technologies, Thermal Application, Equipment Design, Two-phase Flow, Applied Fluid Mechanics and Industrial Rheology.

    • Working as a Scientist in Design & Project engineering Technology Department, CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar, INDIAfrom 17thSept. 2010 to till date.
    • Worked as Jr Scientist in Design & Rural Technology Department, CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar, INDIA from 17th September-2007 to 16th September 2010.
